November Joy Starts Tomorrow

And so November will begin…

This eleventh month offers a quieting of the earth, a resting of the soil.  A time to reflect on the harvest, all that the summer and fall have grown.

November ushers in a season of Thanksgiving.  A season that provides time, moments…to reflect on all that the Lord has grown in us.  The faith seeds that were planted deep inside, seeds that He Himself has watered, reaped and rewarded with His joy.

Joy.  Nehemiah 8:10 suggests that the “joy of the Lord is our strength”.  Strength is what we need to get us through these cold days of winter, with our lives often swinging back and forth between the brightness of sunshine and the dredge of those storms we know far too well.

What does JOY mean?  Is it even possible to live in this, to experience His strength with this one little word…JOY?

Join us, take this season to reflect, to give thanks, and to experience His JOY.

See you tomorrow…
